Pricing:

  • Nighttime minimum with food: $2600.00 for up to 100 people.
  • $16.00 per person for guests over 100.

Included in Price:

  • Choice of two meats (with option to add additional meat for $2.00)
  • Green salad and choice of two or three vegetables
  • Desserts, rolls, utensils, plates, cups, and condiments
  • Soft drinks, coffee, and tea

Menu Highlights:

  • Wide selection of meats including brisket, BBQ ribs, smoked chicken, and more.
  • Delicious side dishes such as mashed potatoes & gravy, fried okra, and jambalaya.
  • Delectable desserts including bread pudding, brownies, and various cakes.

Additional Services:

  • Microphone and projector included.
  • Buffet-style service for one hour (extended service available at extra cost).
  • Cash or open bar options with a 15% gratuity for the bartender.

Additional Charges:

  • Room charges included up to 5 hours; additional $150.00 per hour thereafter.
  • $200.00 clean-up charge.
  • Extra $100.00 for glitter or sequins; linen tablecloths available for $5.00.

Booking Details:

  • Non-refundable deposit of $250.00 due upon booking.
  • Alcohol must be purchased through us and served by our staff.
