BANQUET ROOM MENU


Nighttime minimum with food is $1900.00. Room Rental $300.00 plus $15.00 per person first 100 then $12.00 per person after first 100 plus $100 cleanup .
Rental without food is $900 plus $100 clean up.
Daytime events on weekdays $500 Minimum.

Price includes desserts, rolls, utensils, plates, cups and all necessary condiments plus soft drinks and coffee and tea.

All listed prices are per person. We ask you to provide us with a guaranteed minimum
number of guests expected at least 48 hours prior to the event. We will provide plates,
eating and serving utensils, napkins, iced tea, cups, ice & sweeteners which are included
in the price of all listed meals. Microphone and sound system are
included.
Price does not include sales tax.

There will be a $100 clean up charge on all rentals $200 if Glitter is used.

Police Officer May be Required


With food:tea, bread, dessert and Soft drinks are included.


Room charges are included up to 5 hours;
over 5 or after 12 o'clock is an additional $100.00 per hour.($100 per hour after midnight)


There is a $100.00 clean up charge added to the total bill on the banquet hall.
Linen Tablecloths are $3.00 for each table. Color overlay cloths are $4.50.

Meals will be served buffet style for a period of one hour.
For an additional cost, we can extend the serving time.
We ask for a total of guests, 48 hours prior to the event.

If needed, a cash or open bar can be available for your guests to visit and enjoy alcoholic beverages.

All alcohol must be purchased through Rockin A Cafe and served by our staff.
It is against the law to bring in your own alcohol.
Reception halls with liquor licenses operate under the same handling laws as any restaurant or night club.

There will be a $250.00 Deposit Due upon Booking

Beer $3.00 Drinks and Wine $6.00
